(just between you and me)
We start with two products: an AI server that lives in your home, and a display unit for your most-used room. Additional displays can be added to other rooms--kitchen, bedroom, office--each one a window into the same unified Juno.
The server is the brain: powerful enough to run state-of-the-art AI models locally, efficient enough to sit quietly in a closet. The display is the presence: always listening, always ready, showing you what matters and responding when you speak. Together, they form the core of your personal intelligence--entirely self-contained, entirely yours.
We focus first on the tasks that earn daily trust: calendaring, to-do capture, shopping lists, meal planning, household questions answered. Unsexy but essential. The kind of work that, once Juno handles it reliably, you'll never want to do manually again. And because Juno is always present, it doesn't wait to be asked--it speaks up when it helps, to whoever needs to hear it, with the context to know when and how.
This is our beachhead. Everything else--glasses, phones, wearables, a skills marketplace, the full ecosystem--builds from here. But none of it matters if we don't first prove that a local, private, always-on intelligence can be genuinely useful in ways the cloud giants have failed to deliver--and can never deliver.
Ship the server. Ship the display. Earn the home.
That's the foundation. Here's where it goes.
Glasses that capture life beyond the home--unlocking real-time memory, seamless recall, presence wherever you are. A phone that finally understands your digital world--and can navigate it on your behalf. A wearable that reads your body--and puts your health in context. Every new sense deepens what Juno knows. Every new device expands where Juno can act.
The home is the beachhead. The world is what comes next.
